Property and Cancellation Policies

If cancelled beyond 90 days - refundable (less Php 500 processing fee) | 60 days - 50% charge | If cancelled beyond 45 days - full cancellation charge

Full Payment is required to guarantee your reservation.

The Hotel Reserves the right to release a booking without prior notice if No Payment is received on or before (OPTION DATE)

An incidental deposit of PHP 3,000 per room is required for Taglay and Tahanan Rooms, while PHP 5,000 per room is required for Tadhana Rooms. This deposit will be collected upon check-in and returned upon check-out, subject to room inspection and any applicable room charge.

Incidental charges must be paid prior check-out.

Guests may guarantee the reservation through the following payment option:

In the event of a NO SHOW, the guest will be charged the full amount for the total number of room/s booked

Paid reservations cancelled due to Force Majeure are not refundable but shall be considered open and transferable to another date as decided by the guest within three (3) months except during Super Peak dates and will be subject to availability.

The Hotel shall not be liable to pay any compensation to services not granted due to Force Majeure (e.g. natural calamity, typhoon)

ROOM INFORMATION:All rates quoted are in Philippine Pesos inclusive of 5% Service Charge and 12% VAT.

Rates are applicable for single or double occupancy.

Rates are inclusive of Breakfast & Welcome Drinks for two (2) persons. If payment made for an “Extra Person / Extra Bed Charge,” they are entitled to one (1) additional Breakfast & Welcome Drink.

Extra Person/Extra Bed Fee is Php 2,000/person, per night inclusive of Breakfast.

CHECK-IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check-in time is at2:00 PM; Check-out time is at12:00 NN.
Any request forearly check-in and late check-outwill besubject to room availabilityon the day of arrival or departure and is subject to applicable fees. 

CHILD POLICY:Children aged 3 years and below stay free of charge. Children aged 4 years and above are considered full-paying guests.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times to ensure their behavior is appropriate for other hotel guests

GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS & TRANFERS INFORMATION:
Tag Resort is located in Coron, Palawan, and is easily accessible via Busuanga Airport (Francisco B. Reyes Airport) or by ferry to Coron PortSMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
